Every offer on this page has a source, a date and a reason.
BomOffers is a two-person desk in Bratislava. We read the conditions that sit behind an offer — what qualifies, what the minimum is, when the money actually lands, and what takes it away again — and then we write down the day we checked. What you get is one short email a week, and this page as the standing record.
Last full check:
How we verify
Four things happen to an offer before it reaches the record. If any of them stalls, the offer waits outside the page until it clears.
-
Sourced
We read the provider's own wording
The published terms, the account agreement, or a written reply from support. A forum post is a lead we chase, never the evidence itself.
-
Compared
We put it beside the copy we kept
Every offer we carry has a dated snapshot of its wording at the desk, and nothing counts as a change unless the two documents genuinely differ.
-
Walked
We go through the sign-up ourselves
Where an account can be opened by an individual, one of us starts it and stops at the last step so we can write down the real total.
-
Stamped
We date it and publish it
The date on a row is the day we last confirmed it, and it goes into The Offer Sheet on the Tuesday after.
What we carry, and where it stands
Three standings. Active means the conditions are where we last found them. Changed means something in the wording moved. Ended means the window has closed and the offer is no longer collectable. Entries that stopped being worth carrying are in the withdrawn log below.
Show
Active
8 entries-
Danube Savings
Regular saver, 12 months
The 2.4% rate holds for the first year on up to 250 EUR a month, and two skipped deposits are allowed without losing it.
-
Greenline Grocer
First-order credit
25 EUR comes off a first order of 40 EUR or more, applied inside the basket rather than refunded afterwards.
-
Carpathia Rail Saver
Seat reservation
Second-class seats are reserved at no charge on domestic routes and on the Vienna and Brno services, with no annual card fee.
-
Vector Mobile
SIM-only, 20 GB
The monthly price and the twelve-month term are unchanged after the allowance grew in August.
-
Pallet Grocer
Delivery pass
6.90 EUR a month buys one free slot a week, and an unused slot now carries for seven days instead of expiring.
-
Shelfwise Reading
Monthly plan
Bills on the day you signed up and cancels up to 48 hours before renewal; the monthly price has not moved since March.
-
Toolbox Pro
Five-seat limit
Seats, storage and the monthly price are where they were; only the annual billing cycle was reworked.
-
Tatra Current Account
Everyday account
No monthly fee while a salary payment arrives each month; the introductory rate is the only part that moves.
Changed
5 entries-
Ledgerline Cashback
Sign-up credit
Three separate card payments inside 60 days are now required where one transaction used to be enough; direct debits do not count.
-
Kartáč Outdoor
Member pricing
The 15% member rate now stops at stock that is already reduced. Full-price items are unaffected.
-
Shelfwise Reading
Annual plan
The trial is 14 days rather than 30, though cancellation now runs to the day before renewal instead of 48 hours before.
-
Toolbox Pro
Annual billing
Renewal moved to the first of the month and the annual price rose for new subscribers; the first bill after the move is pro-rated.
-
Danube Savings
Accounts opened from October
New accounts from 1 October start at 2.1% instead of 2.4%. Anyone already inside their twelve months keeps the rate they signed for.
Ended
5 entries-
Vector Mobile
Port-in credit
The 40 EUR credit for moving a number across closed on 12 August and has not been replaced by anything comparable.
-
Ledgerline Cashback
Double-points weekend
Points were doubled on card spending for one weekend in August, with the bonus posting on the September statement.
-
Signal Cable
Television add-on
Installation on the TV add-on was free until 31 August. It is charged at the standard rate again from September.
-
Toolbox Pro
Team plan, previous price
The old team price held until 31 July for anyone already on it. Renewals after that bill at the current rate.
-
Carpathia Air Miles
Double miles, Vienna route
The route bonus ran from June to 20 August. The standard earn rate applies on those flights again.
Withdrawn offers
Entries we used to carry and have since taken down. We keep the list so you can see what left and why, rather than finding a row quietly missing.
-
Bratislava Bookshop birthday credit — withdrawn because counter staff in two branches could not confirm it and the printed terms have gone from the wall. We will not carry a credit we cannot source, so it stays out until it is in writing.
-
Nitra Fuel Card, 10 cents a litre — the rate is limited to fleet accounts and the provider would not open one to an individual, which puts it beyond the third step of our method. It may come back if that changes.
-
Hobby Market loyalty tier match — the provider asked us to take the description down while it rewrites the scheme. We agreed, and will re-check the replacement before it reappears.
-
Danube Savings youth account — restricted to holders between 18 and 25, which puts it out of reach for most of the people who read this page. The adult account it sits under is still on the record.
-
Greenline Grocer delivery subscription — it duplicated the Pallet Grocer pass we already track, and after two checks we could not separate the two well enough to describe either honestly. One had to go.
-
Carpathia Air Miles lounge pass — the benefit is tied to a fare class we cannot test without buying a long-haul ticket, so the third step was never going to be completed on our budget.
Who keeps this record
BomOffers began in 2025 as a shared notes file between two people in Bratislava who kept signing up for things that paid out later than the headline suggested. The file held the same three columns it holds now: what the offer says, what it actually requires, and the day we looked.
The notes became a weekly email to a few dozen readers, and the email became this desk. We run it from a small office on Panská, we open accounts with our own money, and we are not affiliated with anything we write about.
Placement is not for sale and no provider sees a row before it is published. Where a provider has given us a complimentary account so we could finish step three, the row says so. If you think a row is wrong, write to [email protected] and the correction goes into the next issue.
Three sign-up bonuses read properly, and one that pays sooner than the headline says
This is the web copy of the email that went out this week. If you arrived from that email, your featured code is in the box below and it stays valid to the end of the month. If you found this page another way, the code still works.
The code belongs to the provider, not to us, and it is offered to every subscriber on the same terms. Use it on the provider's own page, reached through the featured offer (opens in a new tab). It expires on 30 September 2026, and we earn nothing when you use it.
Worth a look this week: the regular saver with the shorter lock-in
Danube Savings cut the rate for accounts opened from October, from 2.4% to 2.1%, which reads at first like a reason to walk past it. The rest of the conditions are what changed our mind. The fixed period is twelve months and the ceiling is 250 EUR a month, so the rate is locked on a smaller balance than most regular savers allow — but the saver lets you skip two deposits a year without dropping to the instant-access rate.
We set it against the four other regular savers on the record. Two of them pay more, and both need a current account with a minimum monthly income; neither lets you pause a deposit without losing the rate for the rest of the term. That clause did the work this week, not the headline number.
What moved since the last issue
Five rows changed standing. Ledgerline Cashback now wants three separate card payments inside 60 days where one used to be enough. Kartáč Outdoor stopped stacking the member rate on reduced stock. Shelfwise Reading shortened the annual trial to 14 days but moved the cancellation deadline to the day before renewal. Toolbox Pro shifted annual renewal to the first of the month, pro-rated once. Danube Savings confirmed the lower rate for accounts opened from 1 October.
Reader questions
Do direct debits count towards the Ledgerline requirement? No — we asked in writing and the answer was card payments only, three of them, inside the 60 days.
Does the Toolbox Pro renewal move cost me the days I already paid for? No. The first renewal after the move is pro-rated, and monthly billing is untouched.
Is the bookshop birthday credit on Obchodná still honoured? We cannot confirm it, which is why it now sits in the withdrawn log rather than on the record.
How we email
If a message from BomOffers arrived, this is what it should be, and how to stop it if you would rather not receive it.
What we send
The Offer Sheet: a short written summary of the conditions behind sign-up offers, introductory deals and account-opening bonuses we have checked in the past seven days. Occasionally a brief correction when we got something wrong in an earlier issue, and nothing else.
How often it arrives
Once a week, on Tuesday. Corrections are rare and never amount to a second email in the same week. We do not send on behalf of anyone else, and the list is never sold, rented or shared with a provider.
How to unsubscribe
The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every issue works in one click and takes effect straight away. You can also write to [email protected] with "unsubscribe" in the subject, and we remove the address by hand within ten days.
Who is sending it
BomOffersPanská 12

What we hold about you, and what we do with it
In short: if you subscribe, we hold an email address and the date you joined. If you only read the page, we hold nothing about you at all.
Who is responsible
The data controller is BomOffers, an editorial desk operated from Panská 12, 811 01 Bratislava, Slovakia. Reach us at [email protected] or by post at that address. We are small enough that the person who answers is one of the two editors.
This notice is written to meet the General Data Protection Regulation, which applies to us because we are established in Slovakia, and the United States CAN-SPAM Act, which applies to any commercial email we might send to readers there.
If you subscribe
We keep the minimum needed to send a weekly email and to show that you asked for it:
| What | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | To deliver The Offer Sheet | Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) |
| The date and source of your request (for example "emailed on 4 March 2026") | To show the subscription was asked for, and to answer "when did I sign up?" | Legitimate interest in demonstrating consent |
| Whether an issue was delivered, bounced, or had a link clicked | To drop addresses that no longer work and to see which parts readers use | Legitimate interest in running the list properly |
We do not ask for your name, and if you volunteer it in an email we do not add it to the list. We do not buy, rent or scrape addresses, and we never add one that did not ask to be there. If you think your address was subscribed by somebody else, tell us and we will remove it and note where it came from.
Open and click tracking is a standard feature of the sending service we use. We read it in aggregate — "the ending section was opened by 61% of readers" — and we do not build profiles of individual readers or send different people different content.
If you read the site
bomoffers.com is a single static page. There is no analytics script, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no cookie set by us. The only third-party request the page makes is to Google Fonts for the typefaces, and Google's handling of that request is covered by Google's privacy policy. If you would rather not make the request, your browser's content-blocking settings will stop it and the page falls back to system fonts.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web-server logs — IP address, page requested, time, browser string — for security and troubleshooting. They rotate on a fixed schedule and we neither export nor analyse them.
If you write to us
Mail to [email protected] stays in our mailbox so we can answer it and, where a reader reports a change to an offer, so we can show later what we were told and when. Correspondence that leads to a published correction is kept for as long as the correction is relevant. Everything else goes after two years.
If you ask something we answer in The Offer Sheet, we quote it without your name or any identifying detail unless you ask us to credit you.
Services we rely on
- Email delivery. The Offer Sheet is sent through ElasticEmail, a transactional and marketing email service. ElasticEmail stores the subscriber list on our behalf, handles unsubscribe requests made through the link in each issue, and records delivery events. It is bound by a data processing agreement and may process data on servers inside and outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.
- Web hosting. The page is served by a hosting provider in the European Union that keeps the server logs described above.
- Typefaces. Google Fonts, as described in the previous section.
Nobody else receives subscriber data. We do not sell it, we do not share it with the providers we write about, and we use it for nothing beyond sending the email and running the list.
How long we keep things
- Subscriber email address and sign-up record: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days so the removal can be shown if it is questioned, then deleted from the sending service and from our records.
- Delivery and engagement events: 12 months, then deleted.
- Correspondence: two years, or longer where it supports a published correction.
- Server logs: kept by the hosting provider on a rolling basis, typically 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, hand it to you in a portable format, or object to our processing. You can withdraw consent to the email at any time by unsubscribing, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
To use any of these, email [email protected] from the address in question, or write to the postal address above. We answer within one month, and there is no charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Slovak supervisory authority, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovakia, or to the authority in your own EU country. We would like the chance to put it right first, but you are not obliged to give us one.
Children
This page is about account terms and introductory offers and is not aimed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly hold the address of anyone under 16; tell us we have one and it is deleted.
Changes to this notice
When the notice changes we update the version and date at the top of the section and mention it in the next issue. Changes that widen what we collect do not apply to existing subscribers unless they agree to them.
Version 2 (September 2026): added the paragraph on Google Fonts and set out how long engagement events are kept. Version 1 (June 2025): first published.

How to read the record, and the rules for using this site
We try hard to be right, and these terms say exactly what that promise covers, what it does not, and what we ask of you in return.
Who we are
BomOffers is an editorial desk at Panská 12, 811 01 Bratislava, Slovakia. Two editors run it and publish the page you are reading and a weekly email called The Offer Sheet. Contact: [email protected].
By reading the site or the email you accept these terms. If you would rather not, please do not use them; we will not be offended.
What the record is
The rows on this page and in The Offer Sheet are journalism about the published conditions of sign-up offers, introductory deals, account-opening bonuses and subscription trials. Each row describes the offer, any change to it, the date we last confirmed it, and how we confirmed it. They are written for a general reader and are not legal, financial, tax or consumer advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to open an account.
Providers are named because readers ask about them. Where a provider is small, or where we have no permission to describe it, we may use a descriptive name instead of the provider's own. Any resemblance to an offer we do not carry is a coincidence, and we would like to hear about it so we can fix it.
Accuracy and verification
Every row clears the four-step method set out at the top of this page before it is published. We work from primary sources, compare against an archived copy, walk the sign-up path where we can, and publish weekly. The date on a row is our most recent confirmation and nothing more.
Providers change their terms without telling us, sometimes on the day we publish. A row therefore says that on the date shown, the conditions read this way. It is not a promise that they still do. Before you rely on an offer for anything that matters, read the provider's current terms yourself, and if they differ from ours, tell us so we can re-check and correct.
Corrections go into the next issue and are applied to the record as soon as they are confirmed. We do not silently edit a row; a corrected row says that it was corrected.
Independence
BomOffers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any provider named on this page or in the email. We do not sell placement, we do not accept sponsorship for a row, and we earn no referral commission from anything we write about. Nobody outside the desk sees an issue before it is sent.
We open accounts with our own money. Where a provider has given us a complimentary account or credit so that we could complete step three, the row says so.
Featured codes and outbound links
An issue may carry one featured code and a link to the provider's own page. The code belongs to the provider, not to us; the provider sets its conditions, its expiry and what it can be used for. We publish it because we think the offer deserves a reader's attention and for no other reason. We receive nothing when a code is used.
Links from this page or from the email to other websites are there for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or for what happens after you leave bomoffers.com.
The Offer Sheet email
The Offer Sheet goes only to people who asked for it, once a week on Tuesday, with an unsubscribe link in every issue. Our full commitments are in the "How we email" section of this page and in the privacy notice. Forwarding an issue to a friend is welcome; adding somebody else's address to the list is not, and we remove any address whose owner tells us they did not subscribe.
Using this site
You may read, link to and share this page freely. You may not scrape the record to republish it as a dataset or a feed, present our rows as your own, attempt to reach parts of the server that are not meant for visitors, or use the site in a way that gets in the way of other people using it.
Copyright and quoting
The text, layout and mark of BomOffers are © BomOffers. Provider names belong to the providers. You may quote rows for review, commentary or reporting with a credit and, online, a link to this page. Reproducing the whole record or a whole issue needs our written permission; ask at [email protected] and the answer is likely to be yes.
Limits of our responsibility
The site and the email are provided as they are, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a row, from a provider changing or withdrawing an offer, from a featured code not working, from an account being refused, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Slovak or applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bratislava, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country. If you are a consumer in the European Union you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Changes to these terms
We update the version and date at the top of the section when the terms change, and we mention it in the next issue. Version 2 (September 2026): added the section on featured codes. Version 1 (June 2025): first published.
